Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, one tablet per day to be swallowed preferably with a meal, or on the recommendation of a therapist.

Composition

Ingredient per tablet: Bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate 80 mg, microcrystalline cellulose 79 mg) 159 mg; Zinc (picolinate) 22 mg (220% RDA *); Anti-caking agents (vegetable stearic acid 8 mg, vegetable magnesium stearate 2 mg) 10 mg; Cellulose gum 6 mg.

Je me sentais fatiguée, cela m'a aidée. C'est aussi pratique pour moi de prendre les comprimés pendant les repas, ce sui est rarement le cas avec les compléments alimentaires de zinc.
